Coronavirus and Pandemic Preparedness

Amid ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus COVID-19, TruGrocer is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and U.S. Government, state and local authorities to make proactive decisions regarding our Pandemic Preparedness Plan that has been in place for many years.

We want to reach out and share a few of the ways TruGrocer is here to serve you during this time of uncertainty and let you know that we have robust Pandemic Preparedness and Business Continuity Plans in place and are prepared to deal with the impact of the Coronavirus, should we be affected.

  • TruGrocer monitors the latest updates on the Coronavirus and will make adjustments to its Pandemic Preparedness and Business Continuity Plans as necessary.
  • Members can access their accounts from home 24/7 using CU OnLine and the TruGrocer Mobile Banking App to view transactions, check balances, initiate payments & transfers and more.
  • If members need to visit a TruGrocer branch office, please know that all of our offices are cleaned and sanitized as part of our normal course of business.  In addition, branch teams have hand sanitizer readily available and they regularly use disinfectant products on high-touch surfaces.
  • You can call TruGrocer’s Call Center and/or branch staff to help with your transactions.  Branch location and phone number information is available by clicking Locations & Hours.
  • The Electronic Teller (ET) is available 24/7 at 800.392.3328.
  • Drive-thru windows are available for your convenience at our Boise, Meridian, Orlando, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Los Angeles branch offices. If you are feeling sick, but need to come to a branch, please use the drive-thru window.
  • Branch Managers have been instructed to send and keep employees home if they exhibit symptoms of the illness to reduce exposure to members and co-workers.

The Coronavirus outbreak is a fluid situation, one that requires constant monitoring.  We will provide any updates regarding adjustments to our Pandemic Preparedness and Business Continuity Plans as needed.

To get the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) go to www.cdc.gov or visit your local health department website.
