Employees are trained to adhere to strict policies and procedures regarding member confidentiality.

There have been many articles lately related to consumer privacy issues. These articles generally focus on the Internet, although privacy issues span a much larger area. The TruGrocer Federal Credit Union’s web site is not designed to collect personally identifying data on site visitors. If you choose to e-mail us, please remember that your e-mail address and any other information contained in your e-mail header will be revealed to us in the e-mail. We will use that e-mail information to respond to your comments and/or questions. Your e-mail address will not be sold or shared with any outside party unless we are required to do so by law.

In some cases, we do use third party vendors to help us offer related financial products and services to our members. Example would be the company that prints member statements or the company that prints your personal share drafts (checks). These companies have agreed to maintain the same strict confidentiality that we employ.

We understand that you may have concerns about the security of your personal financial information and we will continue to do our part to ensure your privacy. If you have any questions, please contact us via e-mail.

We reserve the right to change this policy statement at any time by posting a new Privacy Policy Statement.
