Secure Telephone Access Directly to Your Credit Union Account using the Electronic Teller (E.T.)(208) 343-1035 or 1-800-392-3328 On a limited basis, you may call 1-800-392-3328 for toll free access. The first 20 minutes per month are free; however, you will be charged a fee of $1.00 for every minute used in excess of 20 minutes per month. There is no warning when you are nearing the 20-minute limit. You must track your own total usage time. To expedite your call, be sure to have your Member Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) ready before dialing E.T. By using E.T. you can:Find out balances on on your shares and loans.Make transfers between shares (savings to checking or vice versa). Make loan payments by transferring funds from a share (savings) or share draft (checking). Make withdrawals from your shares and have the check mailed to you. Find out if a draft (check) has cleared. Find out the amount and date of your payroll deposits. Find out your transaction history of deposits, withdrawals and dividends earned. Click here to access an E.T. instruction sheet. When using E.T. you will need your Member (account) Number and your 4-digit PIN. The same PIN is used to access both CU OnLine and E.T. but it is not the same PIN as your ATM/Debit Card or VISA Credit Card. Remember that you can change your E.T. and CU OnLine PIN once you access your account. To select your various sub-accounts, “S” Codes are for share sub-accounts and “L” codes are for loan sub-accounts. You will find these codes on your statement. For example, your share draft checking "S" code is "4" and your Overdraft Protection is "L" loan code "9". You can also find these codes by logging onto your account through CU OnLine. All entries on the telephone keypad must be followed by the pound # key for E.T. to proceed to the next step. The pound # key signals the computer to give you the next instruction or the information you have requested. Remember to never divulge your PIN verbally over the telephone, not even to Credit Union Staff.
