What is an
eStatement? An eStatement is an image of your statement delivered
electronically via CU OnLine instead of to your
mailing address.
Is there a cost to receiving
an eStatement? No.
How do I sign up for eStatements? You can sign up by logging on to
your CU OnLine account and select the eStatement
view and signup buttons.
How often will I receive my
eStatement? Your eStatement will be available at the same frequency as
your current mailed statement.
Generally, monthly statements are provided if you have a Share
Draft (checking) Account or an electronic transaction in a given month and
quarterly statements are provided if you have only a Share (savings)
Account and/or Loan.
Will I receive notification
when my eStatement is available? Yes, you will receive an
electronic notification generally the 1st week of the month, in
CU OnLine, informing you when your eStatement is available.
How do I access my eStatement? Log on to CU Online and select
eStatements and the month
desired.
Will my eStatement look the same as my current statements I
receive in the mail? Yes.
Can I view previous months
eStatements online? Yes, you will be able to view at
least a 12 month history of previous eStatements.
Can I request to receive both
an eStatement and a mailed statement? No, you have the option to
receive your statement either electronically or through the
mail.
What are the benefits of
receiving an eStatement rather than a mailed
statement? An eStatement is considered to be more private and
secure than a mailed statement.
It will also
decrease the amount of mail you have to sort through and store.
